The house is in Arcicóllar, a small village with 800 inhabitants located in the center/west of the Toledo province. Added to the basic services we have health center, pharmacy, supermarkets, library, sport center, pubs and restaurants.

The major holidays are:

• Our lady "Virgen de la Visitación": It is the main holiday and it is celebrated the first weekend of July.
• Saint Blas day in February.

During the summer all kind of events and parties (theatre, movies, spectacles for children, music...) take place in the main town park.

Arcicollar: The "Nuestra Señora de la Asunción" church was built in the 16th century and it's considered as a cultural interest building. The cultural center realizes exhibitions the whole year and specially in summer.

Bodegas Tavera: (Arcicollar) Develops, breeding, wine bottles and sells its own production of high quality. Offers tasting room and exhibition hall. Tasting courses and visit the winery and vineyards.

D.O. Mentrida: Covering the county located in the northwest of the province of Toledo. Currently, like most of the production of Castilla La Mancha wine is in the process of modernization and search for quality wines to adapt to current tastes.

Bodegas Osborne: (Malpica de Tajo) 25000 m2 cellar on a farm of more than 1000 hectares. Guided tour of both the vineyards and the winery. It features art gallery, screening room, tasting room, shop, catering service and VIP lounge.
